Monday to Sunday 07:00 am – 12:30 pm

Our reception staff are available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Outside of this time, however, you can get your key from our key box and check in.

You will receive bus and S-Bahn tickets and postcards at reception. Ask about your wishes, we will try to meet them.

Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. at no extra charge.

Check-out is possible until 11:00 a.m. at no extra charge.
