Dear guests,

for accommodation facilities in Bavaria, due to the Bavarian State Ministry of Health and Care and for economy, regional development and energy, the following requirements must be observed from May 30, 2020:
We, as Hotel Stadt Pasing, are allowed to reopen to holidaymakers from the Pentecost weekend (May 30, 2020) if the hygiene regulations are strictly observed. However, the applicable contact restrictions must also be observed for
overnight stays: Only guests who are allowed to contact each other may move into a common room. Control by the hotelier is not possible. The guest has to provide the truth and the hotelier is not liable if the guest does not.
Group overnight stays are currently not possible.

Hygiene concept of the Hotel Stadt Pasing:
- If there are symptoms of acute respiratory illness of any severity or fever, it is not possible to accommodate the sick person in the hotel.
- The minimum distance of 1.5 m and the cleaning of the hands at the main entrance is mandatory. Disinfectant is available for our guests.
- As soon as you enter the company, you must wear a mouth and nose cover, even if you have a certificate. Without covering your mouth and nose, entry and stay in the hotel is not permitted.
- The partition at the reception does not replace the obligation to wear a mouth and nose cover. In all common areas (such as the reception area), staff and guests must wear a mouth-to-nose covering. 
   The only exceptions are extensive outdoor areas.
- The top priority is to comply with the 1.5 m distance rule between people in all rooms including the sanitary facilities, as well as when entering and leaving the premises and in hallways, corridors, stairs.
  This applies to guests and staff.
- At check-in, the contact between employees and guests should be reduced to the bare minimum. Used pens are then exchanged or cleaned.
- We kindly ask you to pay your bill at check-in.
- Room keys are cleaned and disinfected at check in and check out.
- Please stick to our signposted one-way system in the lobby. The entrance is the main entrance and the exit is the night door. Thanks a lot.
- The breakfast room is closed to all guests.
- Our employees have received instruction on our hygiene concept and are given regular training.
- The entrance area is regularly ventilated.
- All objects were removed from the hotel rooms in order to reduce the contact points and interrupt a possible infection chain.
- Housekeeping for longer stays is only carried out upon express request.
- Used glasses are cleaned in the glass washer after departure.
- Public toilets and the elevator can only be entered individually.
- The guest toilets are cleaned at shorter intervals.
